If you like your comedy fast, daft and built entirely out of groans-turned-belly-laughs, meet your man. Kev Mud is a pun specialist of the highest order — and we mean that literally: he was crowned UK Pun Champion 2024, taking the title in a boxing ring at Leicester's De Montfort Hall, trading wordplay round for round until the crowd had no one left to vote for.

The remarkable part? He'd been doing comedy barely over a year when he won it. Chortle have already tagged him a rising star and one to watch, and Funhouse Comedy reckon him one of the best new acts in twenty years — high praise for someone who's only just got started.

Expect rapid-fire gags, a relentless pun count and the kind of set that has the room half-cheering, half-despairing, and laughing all the way through. Wince now, applaud later.
