Who you're dealing with

Ballyrags Comedy operates this site and the shows it lists. The legal entity behind it will be added here once registration is complete.

Tickets

Tickets are sold via our Hi.Events storefront at events.ballyrags.com. Each event has its own terms (age restrictions, doors-and-show times, support acts subject to change). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; there are no hidden fees.

If we cancel a show we'll refund the ticket in full. If you can't make it, please see the refunds policy.

Behaviour on the night: please be a good audience. We may eject anyone whose behaviour spoils the show for performers or other guests, without refund.

Gold Card membership

The Gold Card is a one-off annual membership at £125 (subject to change with notice). It runs for 12 months from the date of purchase and includes the benefits listed on the membership page at the time you bought it (free entry to Third Thursdays at the Royal Esplanade in Ryde, discounted tickets and merch elsewhere, priority seating, a physical card).

Memberships are non-refundable once issued except where required by law. They can't be transferred to another person.

Shop / merch

Prices include VAT where applicable. We aim to ship within five working days of the order; busy weeks (festivals etc.) may take a little longer. Stock availability is shown live — if something runs out between you adding it to the cart and checking out we'll let you know and refund.

Performer applications

Submitting an application doesn't guarantee a booking. We read every application and reply where we can; please don't take a delay or a 'no' personally — we book based on bill balance, room fit, and what's coming up.

Content on this site

All Ballyrags content (photos, copy, logos) belongs to Ballyrags Comedy unless credited otherwise. Please don't republish without asking. Linking to us is welcome.

Disclaimer

We try hard to keep this site accurate but make no warranties that it's error-free. To the extent the law allows it, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the site itself, separate from the events and goods you've actually bought from us.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally; the effective date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be flagged via the mailing list / on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
