Nathan Caton

Ocean View

Charm is an underrated weapon in comedy, and Nathan Caton has it in spades. The London-born comic — Hammersmith-raised, Greenford-reared — pairs a laid-back, likeable style with a sharp blend of the personal and the political, the kind of set that goes down smooth and lands harder than you expect.

He's been at it since nineteen, and the credits have followed: a Chortle Student Comedian of the Year title, then a steady climb through the big rooms and the bigger broadcasts. Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week, Channel 4's Comedy Gala and Russell Howard's Good News all feature on the CV, and Radio 4 liked him enough to give him his own sitcom, Can't Tell Nathan Caton Nothing.

What ties it together is an effortless warmth — a headliner who makes the room feel like he's chatting to mates, right up until the gag catches you off guard. Easygoing, razor-sharp, and a genuine pleasure to watch work.

Exactly the kind of class act we love closing a night with.
